Service provision
Itqen Ltd provides technical infrastructure including software development, middleware, and data hosting. Fees, invoicing, and billing for paid engagements are agreed separately in writing; this website does not process payments.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend access for breach.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itqen Ltd's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
